Tuition Schedules

Before School (AM) Care

• Grades: TK–8th Grade
• Details: This remains a tuition-based program. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

After School (PM) Care

• Grades TK–6th: Through state ELOP funding, after school care is now tuition-waived (free of charge) for the 2026–2027 school year! If funding availability changes and/or a family is no longer eligible to have their tuition waived, our office will provide advance notice and communicate any applicable tuition fees (see below for the tuition schedule) to the registered family.
   
• Grades 7th–8th (Oak Ave Intermediate): After school care remains an option at Oak Ave and follows our standard tuition-based model.

Payment Plans

• Parents can make a one-time payment or enroll in our 10-month payment plan. 
• One-Time Payment may be a preferred method of payment to avoid any monthly late fees.
• 10-Month Payment Plan - First monthly payment is due July 1, the last monthly payment is due April 1. Each monthly payment covers 18 School Days (not including holidays, school closure dates, Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, or Staff Development Days). All monthly payments will be the same; the first month’s payment may be adjusted depending on the student’s start date
