ELP Registration 2024-2025
(Tuition-Based)
Thank you for your interest in Temple City Unified School District’s Extended Learning Program (TCUSD ELP). ELP is looking forward to accepting registration applications for the 2024-2025 School Year on the following dates. Program space is limited and will be based on first come first serve until our enrollment becomes full.
* Confirmation of registration in our program will not be given until the program has received both the online registration application and payment for registration, which includes the first month’s tuition.

ELP Before and After School Program (Tuition-Based) Open Registration Dates :
- Current ELP Families (2023-2024) May 20, 2024, through May 24, 2024: CLOSED
Space in our program is not confirmed until we have received both the online registration application and payment for registration, which includes the first month’s tuition. Due to the high demand and high interest in our program during our open enrollment window, to reserve your space, the first month's tuition and registration fee will be due no later than June 6, 2024 4:00 pm.
- First Open Enrollment Window May 27, 2024, through June 6, 2024: CLOSED
Space in our program is not confirmed until we have received both the online registration application and payment for registration, which includes the first month’s tuition. Due to the high demand and high interest in our program during our open enrollment window, to reserve your space, the first month's tuition and registration fee will be due no later than June 6, 2024 4:00 pm.
- Second Open Enrollment Window June 17, 2024, through June 27, 2024: CLOSED
At this time, our program has reached its capacity. Please submit your information on our waitlist. Should a space be available, our office will contact you.
- Third Open Enrollment Window July 15, 2024, through July 25, 2024:

Parents can pay by:
- Mailing in their tuition payment to the District Office
- Walking in their tuition payment to the District Office
- Setting up online "Bill Pay" with their financial institution

To ensure a smooth and safe transition into our school year, the Extended Learning Program will close enrollment registration from July 31, 2024, through September 8, 2024, for the 2024 - 2025 School Year. We will reopen registration beginning September 9th, however, it is expected that at this time we will no longer have space in our program and a waitlist will have been started.
For enrollment registration, it is recommended that parents pay using the online Procare platform or pay their fees with a money order. This will allow payments to be considered paid in full and expedited confirmation of space in our program can be granted. Payments made with checks may take 7 to 13 business days to process and accounts are not considered paid until checks are fully processed. Space in our program is not confirmed until we have received both the online registration application and payment for registration, which includes the first month’s tuition.
*Our program can become full at any time during open enrollment, should this be the case we will open a waitlist.
