Registration Checklist

  • The following is a list of required documents that must be returned during registration and class schedule pick-up.  If paperwork is incomplete or signatures are missing, students will be required to return with completed forms on the Late Registration Day.  Also, students will not receive their class schedules if there are outstanding fines or missing textbooks from the previous school year.

    Please complete on-line and/or sign and bring the following:

    • TCUSD Annual Notification to Parents or Guardian located online at Click on 'Complete Online Forms', and complete information. No forms are required to be printed out. However,you may choose to print out certain forms to assist you in the registration process.
    • TCUSD Student Emergency/Office Card (YELLOW)
    • Acknowledgement of the School Encyclopedia, Etc.
    • Senior Contract - Read On-Line and check acknowledgement

     The following are optional forms:

    • ASB Contribution Schedule including payment
    • Transportation Contribution*
    • PTSA Membership*
    • Athletics Boosters Membership*
    • Performing Arts Boosters Membership*
    • Student Photograph Order through Lifetouch*

    Juniors and Seniors Only:

    • Parking Agreement*
    • Off-Campus Lunch Contract*

    Seniors Only:

    • Senior Contract - Read On-Line and check acknowledgement
    • Grad Nite Forms*
